PressReader provides online access to full content digital replicas of thousands of newspapers and magazines from around the world, including a huge range of New Zealand publications.
Please note that publications from Stuff Ltd can only be accessed from one of our hotspots inside Selwyn Libraries buildings. This includes popular titles like The Press, Sunday Star Times, Dominion Post and NZ Gardener. You can access these titles and more using a library computer, or on your own device on the library WiFi. Once you've connected to our hotspot, your access will remain for a couple of days, after which time you'll just need to log in again.
Getting started
Log in in by clicking 'Use PressReader now', then 'Library or Group'. Search for 'Selwyn Libraries', then enter your library card number and password/PIN. You can then search and find publications you wish to read.
You can also download the PressReader app on your mobile device to read publications in a mobile-friendly format.
Once you have installed the app on your device you are ready to start downloading publications. If you launch the app in one of our library buildings through our WiFi, you will automatically connect to the hotspot.
