Te Ara Ātea Spaces

Stair view

Te Ara Ātea has a multitude of spaces to cater for creativity to socialising and productivity to relaxation. If you need a space to work, meet, present or perform – you can find one at Te Ara Ātea.

The names of the internal spaces represent horizons, trails and geographical markers in the Selwyn district.

Alongside all these great spaces, Te Ara Ātea houses a tamariki space, community lounge, café and of course loads of books. Our community spaces and rooms are plug and play – so you can grab one of our Google Chromebooks or bring your own device.

Whether you’re looking for a quiet reflective spot, creative hub, a sensory experience, or a good read, Te Ara Ātea has it.
